Check your listing on the Food Channel. I think it’s called “Battle of the Culinary Ice Cubes”.  They pit two restaurant concepts against each other, using actual kitchen staff. A number of cool areas are examined, thaw times, bag opening style, etc. Innovative price cutting and product  bundling has been left to another possible show called “Marketing & Management -The  Cutting Edge!”  The winner each week, gets more shelf space in their favorite markets freezer.

I am just glad I got out of the business before it became so competitive, one culinary school graduate was heard to say, he went on to say he didn’t care for the cold., anyway!
